Last night we invited a friend to go to the park with us!!! we had a great time!!!

we mostly play baseball but after a wile I decided to go to the playground with Leah!!! we had LOTS OF FUN!!!

A few days ago the Chases came over to visit us !

I love playing soccer! and today i played a soccer game and scored a goal!!!!:)
and my team beat the other team Eight to zero we won!!! but we all had fun.

pumpkin patch!

My mom let me and Caleb go to the pumpkin patch with her and some friends. At first we got to go on a hay ride then we got

to pick some pumpkins for our selves then we had lunch but there was tons of yellow jackets everywhere but that was OK because we got away from them. then we got to feed goats. and one goats got out of there cage but I'm sure he's OK now:) then we go to play in some corn it was so fun then we got go in a hay maze that was awesome there so many dead ends but we did it me and Caleb had so much fun at the pumpkin patch.

we all went to a park while Brianna was teaching a club and it was a huge park. there was a playground and a Field and a trial!!

I love my new room.~!! i now have my very own closet!! yeah!! leah takes alot of naps in my room. every thing fits so perfectly! and i sleep very well! i love my new room

I am so happy were all packed in.~! VA. is a wonderful and the weather is in the 80 degrees or 90 degrees every day.~!! there is also a place called the YMCA theres a inside huge pool.~!!! and a inside running track and a inside basketball court!! its great and a outside park and Field and a inside huge place to work out.last night me and mom,Cameron,Brianna,Caleb and Andrew walked a mile on the the track Leah rode on moms back carrier thing and and dad worked out there we had so much fun.~!!=)

we went with nanny to the Hannah Dustin memorial we had a great time we got to walk the Hannah Dustin trail to see the statue of her. we got eat lunch right next to the statue we had lots of fun!!! and we learned a lot.

going to the surgar shack!

a few days ago we went to a surgar shack with the Jackson's and with the are cousins! first someone showed us around then we got to look at the sap drip out of the tree into the bucket then we got to take the bucket of the tree and into a big huge white tub then the person told us that they also use tubes and they stick them in the tree and the other end to the big tub and the sap drips into the tub. then we tasted some fresh sap from a tree, then we got to watch them make maple syrup they put it in in this very very hot tub to
cook for a long time then they put it in a bottle. we got to taste some maple syrup, then some maple cookies, they were so good that mom bought some syrup for six dollars we had a great time!

laughable Leah

I love to spend time with Leah, especially when she is so laughable! Sometimes when she's just like sitting down in her seat I sometimes just look at her and smile and make funny noises. And when I make the funny noises she copies me. It's so cute! Once I changed her diaper. And it was hard, but I did it! I did it well. She also is very laughable when she has just woken up from her nap. I come into her room and start smiling at her and saying "good morning". She just starts laughing and smiling and she is just so glad to see me and it's so funny.

piano lessons

I enjoy having piano lessons from my grandmother. She is a really good piano player! She also teaches 2 of my brothers and 1 of my sisters. I love practicing the piano sometimes because my music is fun to play. It sounds really good sometimes. Someday I think I really want to be really good at the piano. My mother helps me when I need help with my piano. I enjoy it so much!

I was playing outside with Andrew the other day. and i was going to make a horse out of the snow and then i decided to make a snowman instead. so first i made the body. had i to smooth it out after i was done making the body. i had to smooth the top so i could put the middle body on top. so when i started the middle body Andrew decided to help me with the middle body so when he was rolling it out i started on the head. after we were done rolling them out i put the middle body on and the head on. them me and Andrew got some sticks for the arms then we got rocks for the eyes,mouth and buttons. then Andrew got the carrot for the nose then we got the hat and scarf i so much fun.

Leah is now 6 months old she is geting cuter every day! i feel great to be a big sister to Leah! because i love her so much and because she is so cute! she makes a very cute sound like babys do i love her so much.

yesterday, our cousins and aunts and uncles came over and we got to roast marshmellows and i made my first s'more! And it was so good! adn then when i was roasting a marshmellow it was so funny because it started to get all black and it caught on fire, and i blew it out! and ate it, it was so tasty! we had so much fun when everybody came over, i can't wait to do it again!

making forts

One of my favorite things to do is make forts. I make them out of chairs and blankets and cushions from the couch! It's really cool because whenever the kids want to have a fort, they always ask me! And once my brother Andrew told me that I made the best forts. Isn't that so cute?

And sometimes we get to sleep in them at night. I never really get to sleep in it because it's too hot in there. But my 2 little brothers always sleep in there no matter what. Whether it's hot or cold! They love to sleep in forts. They're always asking my mom if they can sleep in there at night.

And I always make tunnels in them. Those are the bedrooms. Me, Cameron, Caleb and Andrew play a game in the fort. It's like we're out in the wilderness and the fort is our house. And Caleb and Andrew are me and Cameron's sons! And we pretend that Andrew is 3 and Caleb is 2. And we pretend that Andrew's name is "Tom" and Caleb's name is "Roger". And so that's really fun to do!

On Saturday my friend, Hannah S., came over and she had brought a present for me! It was a really cute doll. And the doll's name is Grace and it was really cool because you can really feed her and she can really go to the bathroom. It's really cool. And so I have a lot of diapers!

And so before that when she came over she had brought her bathing suit. Cameron had bought a little pool and so we jumped in there and played in there and it was really fun. And it was really fun because when we sprayed the hose in her dog's mouth he would be really funny and eat it! And so she said that she wanted to play capture the flag and there were just enough people to have even sides to play. And so we had so much fun playing it. And then we went inside and did some other stuff. So I had a lot of fun with her!

haircut!

Today I asked Mom if I could have a haircut and Brianna said she would do it! And so, for our time together, she got out all the things she needed to cut my hair and she started cutting it. And when it was done I was so excited! Whoo-hoo!

making pasta

My mom got this pasta maker and after she was done making pasta, she let me do some! And it was really fun. First you take the dough and then you put it in one of the things to flatten it and then when it's all flattened, you put it in the thing that makes it so it is the shape of spaghetti. After my mom had made all of it we ate it for supper!

I got this set of fabric blow pens. For my time with Mom, we took the blow pens and took one of my tee shirts and wrote on my shirt with the pens. It came with these stencils and we took the design of the stencil and started coloring my shirt by blowing the top of the pens. And I had so much fun!

cribbage

I just learned how to play cribbage. I love playing with my brothers because they learned how to play cribbage too. And we love playing cribbage together! Because almost every day we play it.
One time when I was playing my dad (he's really good at it too) he skunked me! I can't wait til I can skunk him!

AJ's birthday party

Saturday we went to AJ's birthday party. His mom used spray paint to draw lines of a football field in his yard. Nanny and Grandpops were cleaning out the camper. I got to come in with Nanny on the bed! Me and Hannah got to go in there by ourselves when Nanny and Grandpops left. We played house. And then we went outside and played with AJ's new scooter. (He let us play with it.) Then we played on the swing. There was one swing that we all liked the best and we would always race to get to it! There was another swing that the other person would have to go on if the other person beat them to the best swing.

We had presents for AJ. The presents were a scooter, a Backyard Football computer game, a pop up goal, 2 Super Soakers, a ball that is hard to describe but really cool, Yankees slippers, a football, gummi worms, and Yankee peanuts (he loves the Yankees!).

Then we had cake and icecream. It was so good! Then we went outside to play again.

fun day at Hannah's

Today was one of the funnest days that I've ever had at my friend Hannah's house. We started playing John and John. We started hiding behind this rock. In front of the rock there was a tree. And there was a little hole inside the tree and we could make a fire inside there (just for pretend). And then we took this big piece of bark and there was this dead tree that was on the ground. We scraped some of the wood off of it and put it inside the bark to make food that was good for us. And then we put some dry dirt and moss for the spice. We put some nuts with stuff inside them in the bark too. And then we found these flat rocks and one piece of wood. We put that piece of wood on the bottom and we piled some rocks on top. And then we found a piece of cement. We put that on the top right next to the tree where all the rocks were and we pretended that it would stay nice and warm right next to the burning hole in the tree. Then, so it wouldn't blow away, we put leaves on top of it and a rock on top of the leaves.

Then we saw the boys (we pretended they were Indians) running in the woods next to our camp! So we ran away and we found this wicked awesome new fort! There were these three tress next to each other. We decided to make a fire right there inside the trees. Then we took this big huge piece of bark and then we put dry dirt and pine needles on top of it. And then those little nuts that we found before. And then we made these beds inside the shade. First we swept away the pine needles in the shape of our beds. Then we found a piece of wood or a rock and we sprinkled moss or pine needles on top of the rock. And then we slept. It was really cool.

Then we went inside and played with our dolls and had snacks.

Bethy

I went over to my friend Bethy's house. We went upstairs to her room and we played with her dolls! Their dresses are so cute. I pretended they went to school. It was so much fun! And then we played a game but we got tired of it....

And then we played this game with Jennifer and Brianna. It was called Clue. It was so much fun. We didn't get to play the whole game because it was lunch time. For lunch we had a bunch of stuff. It was sandwiches, raisins, pretzels, apples, cheese nips, carrots with dip, and lemonade. It was really good!
After lunch we went outside. They had a wicked cool swingset! We played that there were certain kind of teams and there were bad guys and good guys. The bad guys would try to break into our fort. We would try to run away or try to fight them There was jail-it was wicked cool- and on the bottom there was a secret door that we could open up. We could climb up somewhere and slide down on the ice. After that we played outside for a little more.

Then we went inside and played Apples to Apples. First we played the Junior one and then we played the adult one. When we were playing the adult Apples to Apples we had a snack called Amish Friendship Bread. Then we went home. It was a really long drive!

state finals chess tournament

I went to a chess tournament on Saturday.

First I lost to 782. Then I beat 551! And then I beat 582. And then I lost to 936. It was so much fun there! There was a room where there were huge chess pieces. I got to play Caleb with them. It was so cool!

My friend Jeremiah got a muffin with his $1.00. At the end of the tournament I got a fourth place trophy. It was really big. I was so excited!

Thursday at Hannah's

I got to pick up the chickens when I went to Hannah's house yesterday. They were so cute! We made up a game called John and John. We pretend that we are John and John and that we are twins. We pretend that we ran away from the orphanage and the Indians are after us. What we do is we hide from the boys and we pretend they're Indians! We run away from them. And we play on the big rocks- that's our fort. Sometimes we pretend to get caught. And then we go inside and play with our dolls. It's so much fun! My dolls' names are Molly and Polly- they're twins. Hannah's doll's name is Sally. She makes clothes for her dolls. They are so cute!
